How Does Charting Change Work?
To initiate the Charting Change process, an Assessment Specialist from NLA will facilitate a series of pre-training assessments. Once the coursework is complete, post-training assessments will be conducted. The pre and post assessments are meticulously designed to measure a range of variables that reflect changes in knowledge, attitude, and skills.
After the assessment phase, the findings will be compiled into a comprehensive report. This report offers valuable insights into the effectiveness of the training, enabling individuals and organizations to gauge their progress and make informed decisions about future learning and development initiatives.
